The Best Pasta Feb 25, 2010 I found these at the national "healthy" grocery store and now, these have become our favorite pasta. We use them with red sauce and in macaroni and cheese. Healthy, low on the glycemic index, and delicious.

These were so good I was sorry I bought them Dec 17, 2009 These are now my favorite gluten free noodles but I can't afford them. I bought them on sale and even then it was a luxury purchase. They cook up so nicely and have the texture of a springy noodle which I miss with others. Cooked them by adding to boiling water, turning off the stove and draining after 9-10 minutes. Yum!

Great product but Amazon listing is somewhat wrong Nov 08, 2009 Excellent product - takes a while to cook (10+ min) but is very tasty and hearty. Amazon indicates that this product has 90% buckwheat flour but the actual product label states 80% (rest being rice flour and water, it would seem).

Non Gluten but delicious Nov 11, 2008 The whole family likes this product enoughto eat it instead of whole wheat when I cook with it. Mushiness not a problem if I time the cooking just right.

Not a bad alternative for gluten free Sep 30, 2008 I bought this for my 4 y/o who is GFCF but he will not eat it at all but due to other allergies, sauces are out and limited to oil and salt to taste. However, my hubby and I eat it and it tastes fine to us and has great nutritional benefits. My 1 y/o and 2 y/o will eat it as well!
