I have very picky eaters at home. In the past I have been force to make two meals each evening. One for me and one for the rest of the family. This is the first pasta (in 12 years of searching) that my entire family loves. The texture is like real pasta!

My whole family loves mac-n-cheese with this pasta. I use this noodles in casseroles too, and nobody can tell they're eating gluten free. Be sure to follow directions and do not stir too much while boiling, they will turn to mush. Great product, great price in bulk, and free shipping!
