Outstanding gluten free pasts Feb 24, 2010 This gluten free pasta is incredible. I enjoy the energy efficient way you can choose to make it; Boil the water, toss in the pasta then bring pot to a boil again, stir the pasta then turn the heat off and cover. In 20 minutes drain and rinse quickly and put on your sauce. Everyone in our family loves this and only one of us are gluten intolerant! ...also the Amazon prices blow away my local grocery store's price! Try these you will not be sorry.
easy to prepare Feb 11, 2010 I nor my wife can tell the product is not our regular pasta, all the products from ttis company are great, they are also easier to cook than the regular.
Best Gluten Free pasta on the market Dec 21, 2009 I have tried many gluten free pastas, and this is the best. The others have all gone mushy, but this one stays firm and is flavorful. My family actually prefers it to the regular pasta, but being gluten free, it is more costly. It is so nice to have a great product to serve my grandchildren who cannot have gluten, but is also enjoyed by the rest of the family. I just wish the grocery stores would catch on.

Tinkyada brown rice pasta in any shape is excellent! Tastes like the "real thing", never soggy or mushy, it's user-friendly to those of us that tend to stay away from wheat products and it's nice to be able to have pasta again. I tend to buy in the "mister bulk size" like the twelve pack here because I have hungry teenagers in the house. This pasta goes great with any sauce you choose to pair it with. You will be happy with this pasta!
THE BEST Gluten free pasta! Tastes like regular wheat pasta! Nov 16, 2009 Tinkyada noodles are absolutely the very best gluten free noodles. Many gluten free noodles are gritty or turn out gummy after cooking. The tinkyada noodles are wonderful - they have the perfect consistency, not sticky, gummy or gritty and I've yet to have anyone realize that they're not "regular" noodles.
I've tried other rice noodle brands and nothing compares to the quality of these. My only suggestion is that you cook them the way you would normally cook noodles (boil the water w/salt, add noodles, taste test and remove when ala dente). The instructions on the bag are odd and for me they don't turn out quite right.
You can't go wrong with these!
