really good pasta - my dinner guest don't even know they are eating gluten free. But make sure you it all of it within 24 hours or it is grainy. We use it for pasta salads, mac and cheese, and Italian dishes.

It's great stuff - just as tasty as white flour pastas, easy to cook, healthy. I have yet to find anything negative about a Tinkyada product.

Love this pasta - just bought 2 cases of it - that's 24 one lb bags. Don't want to ever run out of it. Cooking it is easier than regular pasta and much much much better than the DeBole brand. You won't go wrong by trying Tinkyada pasta products.

All, and I mean all of the TINKYADA noodles are absolutely fantastic ! forget corn or white rice noodles,because they don't hold together but the brown always cook up just like wheat noodles that I use to be able to eat !!

This gluten free pasta is incredible. I enjoy the energy efficient way you can choose to make it; Boil the water, toss in the pasta then bring pot to a boil again, stir the pasta then turn the heat off and cover. In 20 minutes drain and rinse quickly and put on your sauce. Everyone in our family loves this and only one of us are gluten intolerant! ...also the Amazon prices blow away my local grocery store's price! Try these you will not be sorry.
